About Quality Pro: We commend the National Pest Management Association for its efforts to improve our image, but the QualityPro designation is really the minimum a company should accept as a standard of operations.

 Our Standards: When we opened we set our standards as some of the highest in the industry. These are in writing and taken very seriously. They are:

1. We security check all of our employees with two different types of background checks. We drug test every employee once a year at random  which includes all management, owners and working family members. Their driving records are checked yearly. We fingerprint and photograph all employees and run their fingerprints against national databases.

2. Our employees receive a minimum of 300 hours of  training before they can work alone. That's more than 10 times the national average.

3. We require each employee to have a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education per year. That's 4 times the state requirement.

4. All of our employees are bonded.

5. All of our contracts are lifetime. 

6. Our renewal prices are guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years.

7. We are a Green company and are working hard to reduce our carbon foot print. 

8. The owners and management are required to visit all customers at least every other year.

These are just a few of the standards we have that set us above the rest.
